Clearwater P6 Sewage Treatment Plant Offer

Was £2,160.00 reduced for a limited time to £1,920.00
The Clearwater P6 uses an aeration chamber rather than a rotating disc as in the Klargester BioDisc system, so no moving internal parts.
Benefits:
  • High performance rating.
  • Can be discharged directly to a watercourse.
  • Free from mechanical or electrical components within the unit - very low maintenance and running costs.
  • Minimal visual impact on surroundings - low level cover with child safe locks.
  • Controlled ventilation.
  • Annual emptying.
Process:
Three distinct process stages take place within the single tank:
  • First, coarse solids are filtered and retained for gradual breakdown.
  • Then the resulting liquid is continuously distributed over a plastic suspended filter by an integral lift, powered by a remotely sited blower.
  • Finally, the solids are allowed to settle and, under normal domestic conditions, treated water of 20mg/l BOD, 30mg/l S.S., 20mg/l Ammonia can be achieved.

Onion Septic Tanks

The onion shape septic tank has become the most popular due to it being highly durable and robust.
septic tank is a storage tank which holds and retains all the solid waste & passes on the untreated waste water to a soak away/drainage field.
You are not permitted to drain directly from a septic tank into a watercourse/ditch. You would need to install a sewage treatment plant.
A septic tank works by allowing the solids to settle to the bottom and the effluent to flow out. The outflow from the septic tank usually requires further treatment and this is achieved by soaking it away into the ground, where bacteria in the soil completes the sewage treatment process.
A septic tank will have some kind of baffle to separate the sludge build up from the effluent leaving the septic tank through the outlet.
At Septic Tank Supplies we are proud to offer our customers the best quality products at the cheapest prices found anywhere in the United Kingdom, which make our customers keep coming back.
In the very rare case if you find the same product cheaper else were we will try our best to price match if not better.
As we are a family run business rather than a franchise, we can maintain competitive pricing on all our products across the board – Because of this we are one of the largest septic tank suppliers in the UK.

Grease Separators are an effective and hygienic method of separating fat and grease from waste water flow.
Klargester NSG04 2000L Grease Separator

Klargester grease separators will, by the removal of fat and grease:
• Greatly reduce incidents of blocked drains from catering establishments
• Improve the performance of septic tanks and field drains
• Prevent contamination of small sewage treatment plants
Grease Separators: For applications such as larger restaurants, hotels, etc. where a grease separator should be considered to give additional volume.
Operation & Installation
Traps and separators allow fats and grease to naturally separate out from water, allowing their removal prior to the wastewater reaching the drainage system. The trap or separator should be installed close to the source of contamination before any foul waste can enter the drainage flow and to suit the expected liquid temperature.

Conder GNS2 Grease Separator

The Conder range of GNS Grease Traps/Separators works through a simple two-chamber tank where wastewater enters the primary chamber and debris settles. The wastewater then flows into the gravity separation chamber where grease and oil rise to the surface.
Conder GNS2 Grease Separator
A low-level pipe removes the separated water from the secondary chamber and releases it to the drainage system. The surface layer of grease will remain inside the tank until it is removed by a Waste Disposal company.
Conder grease traps will, by the removal of fat and grease:
• Greatly reduce incidents of blocked drains from catering establishments
• Improve the performance of septic tanks and field drains
• Prevent contamination of small sewage treatment plants
Grease traps are designed for small restaurants, public houses and canteens

Clereflo Bypass Separator

The CNSB3S/21 is suitable for an area of up to 1667
Clereflo Bypass Separator: Area up to 1667 sq/metres
Class 1 inc Silt trap
Bypass separators fully treat all flows generated by rainfall rates of up to 6.5mm/hr. These separators are used when it is considered an acceptable risk not to provide full treatment for high flows, for example where only small spillages occur and the risk of spillage is small such as on short stay car parks.
Features and benefits:
  • Innovative design
  • Small and easy to handle
  • Competitively priced
  • Fully compliant to the Environment
  • Agency’s PPG3 guidelines
  • Major installed cost savings
  • Fully tested and verified with a range from CNSB 3s to CNSB 1500s (class 1)
  • Full BSI certification
  • Exceeds industry standards
  • An Environment Agency verified manufacturer
  • Easy to service
Process & performance
The Conder range of bypass separators is designed to treat all of the flow up to the designed nominal size. Any flow in excess of the nominal size is allowed to bypass the separation chamber thus keeping the separated and trapped oil safe. During the early part of a rain storm which is a time of high oil contamination, all of the contaminated water flow passes through a sediment collection chamber and enters the separation chamber through a patented oil skimming and filter device. This ensures that all of the oil proceeds to the separation chamber where it is separated to the Class 1 standard of 5mg/l and safely trapped. As the rain storm builds up to its maximum and the level of oil contamination reduces significantly, the nominal size flow continues to pass through the separation chamber and any excess flow of virtually clean water is allowed to bypass directly to the outlet.
Application areas:
  • Car parks
  • Roadways and major trunk roads
  • Light industrial and goods yards
  • Discharge to sensitive environment

  • Length - 1.4m
  • Dia - 1m
