Insurance Claims

Insurance Claims

Septic Tank Supplies are pleased to announce that we are now working in partnership with UKDP to provide expert claims management services for our customers.
Many property and business owners are unaware that often, the costs to replace or repair damaged drainage systems are covered by their existing buildings insurance policy.  The team at UKDP specialise in managing claims for damaged septic tanks, sewage treatment plants, cesspits and soakaways, saving property owners thousands of pounds.  Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, UKDP manage every aspect of a claim from producing a detailed report through to meeting insurer representatives on site.
UKDP has been successful in managing more than 3,000 claims for damaged underground services, and the team combine insurance experience with detailed technical knowledge of drainage systems.  This ensures that property owners are left with a solution which not only permanently remedies the problem, but which is also fully compliant with all legislation and British Standards.
UKDP’s experience ranges from small domestic to large commercial installations including public houses and holiday parks.  The partnership between Septic Tank Supplies and UKDP means that our commercial and domestic customers can now benefit from significant savings, whilst being safe in the knowledge that a high quality and fully compliant system has been installed.  Septic Tank Supplies share UKDP’s passion for using only the highest quality drainage solutions which benefit the environment whilst complying fully with all standards and legislation.
